We have experience catering to vegans, gluten free, raw vegan, and vegetarian diets and are happy to accommodate your special needs. We are excited to share nourishing, grounding, medicinal meals to you during your stay. These ancient foods are a reminder of what it is to be fully connected to the land and the Andean landscape. 

You will be served native potatoes, flours made from yucca and chuno, kiwicha, quinoa, tarwi, cushuro, and purple corn as well as many other superfoods from these sacred lands.
